We're a fast-paced, customer-focused e-commerce business specializing in personalized trophies, corporate awards, plaques, and recognition products for customers nationwide. We take pride in our quality, exceptional customer service, and positive, team-oriented work environment.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are organized, comfortable using computers, and take pride in doing things right. Our production team handles a variety of tasks involved in preparing, personalizing, and completing customer orders.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the production and personalization of custom awards and products.
• Prepare and process orders using our computerized production equipment.
• Review order details and verify information for accuracy.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Help keep production organized and orders moving efficiently.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience in production, printing, manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training and value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout much of the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable performing hands-on production tasks.
