Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and waterjet cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce prosthetic foot components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Load materials, tooling, and fixtures as required for production.
• Set up machines for production runs, as qualified and assigned.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality, tooling, or equipment issues.
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
• Verify conformance of completed parts to quality standards and specifications.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour

Work Location: In person
