Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in creating custom identification and safety products by:

• Reviewing and processing production orders.
• Retrieving files and layouts and preparing them for production.
• Setting up and operating production equipment.
• Preparing materials through cutting, laminating, trimming, and finishing processes.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Proofreading labels, signs, and tags for accuracy.
• Packaging completed orders for shipment.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
• Performing routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Supporting team goals and on-time customer delivery.

Every order is custom, which means every day brings something different and provides opportunities to learn new skills.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to accurately read a ruler and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and product specifications
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with printing, engraving, labeling, or finishing processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance skills.
• Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
