Production Associate (Soap Processing)

About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Administrator, the Production Associate plays a key role in our soap processing operations – from working with raw production blocks to preparing finished molds. Prior experience is preferred but not required – we will provide all necessary training, including on our customized equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Process soap from production blocks
• Clean and line soap molds
• Operate customized equipment, including electric hoists (training provided)
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

While we maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse, the role may involve occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, odors, or loud noises.

Physical Effort

This role requires handling objects up to 50 pounds and high levels of standing and walking throughout most of the shift.

Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00pm. Occasional overtime work may be offered as production needs require.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the worksite

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred, ideally in a warehouse environment. Candidates with food service or other hands-on production experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
