Production-Based Warehouse Loader/Unloader (Canton)

Seeking immediate hires. We are growing!

Would you like to work for a company where your paycheck isn't limited by the clock? Are you tired of making the same hourly wage as your coworkers when you know you are working twice as hard as them? You need to join a company that pays for production, not time!

Lumper Job Description:

Lumpers unload shipping containers and trailers. We are the first people to physically handle the product when it comes from the port and arrives at a warehouse. We get paid to help our customers handle a challenging part of their process, but the challenge comes with a reward. Good lumpers will make significantly more than the average hourly warehouse worker.

Pay:

We are paid on a production basis determined by the number of cases, weight, and other factors related to the container we unload or trailer we load. Our lumpers typically make between $120 to $250 per day and are paid weekly. If you are physically and mentally strong enough, this job could change your life.

Shift:

If you finish your containers faster, you can leave!
