Production Batchmaker – Mid-Shift (4-10 Work Schedule) + $2.00 Shift Differential!

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM
• Starting Pay: $22.25/hour ($2.00 Shift Differential)
• **Must be available to train on Day Shift (Monday-Friday 5:30 AM–2:00 PM) for first few weeks**

What You'll Do As a Production Batchmaker, you'll help transform raw materials into finished ink products while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency . Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately weighing and measuring raw materials according to production specifications
• Adding raw materials to batches in the proper sequence and quantities
• Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Mixing and blending chemicals and ingredients according to established procedures
• Recording materials, weights, and production information accurately
• Working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure products meet quality standards
• Communicating effectively with Batchmakers and other team members across shifts
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Cleaning and securing equipment and work areas at the end of each shift
• Following established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures
• Assisting with the training and cross-training of team members as assigned
• Supporting other production activities and duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately measure and record materials
• Safety-conscious and committed to following established procedures
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Comfortable learning new equipment, processes, and production procedures
• Experienced in batchmaking, mixing, blending, manufacturing, or chemical processing — preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements With reasonable accommodation, employees must be able to:

• Stand and walk throughout the production floor for extended periods
• Frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 65 pounds
• Bend, reach overhead, and retrieve materials and containers
• Climb ladders to retrieve materials
• Push and pull wheeled materials or equipment weighing up to 4,000 pounds
• Distinguish colors as required for the production process
• Communicate effectively with team members
