Pay Rate: $20.50–$21.00/Hour

Job Description:

• Assemble, align, calibrate, and test hardware products according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and SOPs.
• Follow production plans, work orders, and quality standards to ensure on-time completion.
• Comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, recommend quality improvements, and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain accurate production records, training documentation, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with training new team members as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; regulated industry experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and lift up to 30 lbs.
