Alliance Laundry

Step into Leadership

Alliance Laundry Systems runs on integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things right. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in lifting others up, this role offers a stable platform to lead, grow, and make a visible impact. You’ll guide a crew of 8–12 team members while partnering closely with a Group Leader (Supervisor) to deliver safe, high-quality output every shift.

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to set the tone. You kick off with a focused pre-shift huddle covering safety, quality, HR notes, and production goals. You coach newer operators, make sure everyone has the right PPE, and keep an eye on the hour-by-hour plan. When problems pop up, you lead the first response, escalate systemic issues to your Group Leader, and document what you learn so the next shift starts ahead, not behind. Throughout the day, you track KPIs, audit Standard Work, and spark continuous improvement ideas—because better never stops.
