Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Prepare consistent batches of food to support restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces and dishes to approved recipes and production plans.

• Measure quantities and maintain batch and portion consistency.

• Follow safe cooking, cooling, labeling and storage procedures.

• Coordinate handovers and replenishment with the service kitchen.

• Maintain clean equipment and reduce avoidable waste.

Requirements

• Professional cooking experience, preferably in batch production.

• Ability to follow recipes accurately and organize preparation work.

• Good food safety, storage and teamwork practices.
