Job Responsibilities

• Following our recipes
• Ensuring correct flavour, consistency and aroma is achieved on each batch
• Loading machines with raw ingredients
• Conduct factory trials for all new recipes

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and attributes

• Demonstrable catering experience (2+ years)
• Experience in a food manufacturing (desirable)
• Strong communication skills. (Basic English language required)
• Passion for producing quality food
• Strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
• Able to work at a continual fast pace to ensure daily production targets are met
• Working clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene standards
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Friendly, respectful and personable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
