What they need
Tablet Compression Machine Capsule Filling Machine Capsule filling Deduster Removal of loose powder from tablets Metal Detector Detection of metallic contamination Coating Machine Film coating of tablets 3. Important IPC Parameters For tablets: Weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration, appearance and metal detection checks, as applicable. For capsules: Fill-weight variation, locking, appearance, leakage, disintegration and other approved in-process checks, as applicable. 4. Skills Required Knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP and SOPs. Understanding of BMR/BPR and GDP. Knowledge of tablet compression and capsule filling. Troubleshooting of manufacturing defects. Documentation and batch reconciliation. Coordination with QA, QC, IPQA and Engineering.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
