About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production professional to join our manufacturing team at our facility in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and the consistent delivery of high-quality candy products. You will be responsible for overseeing assembly and process work, maintaining production schedules, and upholding our rigorous quality standards. This role is integral to our operational success and directly contributes to our ability to meet customer demands whilst maintaining product excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
• Assembling and processing candy products according to established specifications and quality standards
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality control requirements
• Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation of output, downtime, and any issues encountered
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Performing routine equipment maintenance and reporting any mechanical issues to supervisors
• Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and reporting suggestions to management
• Assisting with packaging and labelling operations as required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station and production area

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in assembly and process work or similar production roles within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards consistently
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst meeting production schedules
• Competency in operating production machinery and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual assembly tasks throughout the working day
• Basic mathematical skills for recording and verifying production data
• Reliability and strong attendance record
• Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to health and safety protocols
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues
• Prior experience in the confectionery or food manufacturing industry is advantageous
