Garland Food is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our production team on the AM shift (7:00AM to 3:30PM) If you're dependable, physically capable, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the peeling, sorting, and packing of garlic according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety
• Work efficiently and steadily to meet daily production targets
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Communicate any production or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Support a positive team environment through cooperation and good communication

Skills & Qualifications:

Physical & Job-Specific Skills:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout 8–hour shift
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fast-paced sorting and peeling
• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards
• Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Capability to maintain cleanliness in a production environment

Work Ethic & Reliability:

• Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
• Demonstrated ability to stay focused and productive

Communication & Teamwork:

• Bilingual preferred; basic English helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team setting
• Willingness to communicate issues or improvements to supervisors
