Production

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing effective quality control procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in electronics production or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, NPD (New Product Development), prototype development, resource planning, and production engineering principles.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency through process improvements and reducing defects using tools like RCA.
