- Pendidikan min D-3/S-1 Teknik Metallurgy (Teknik Material)
- Diutamakan berpengalaman kerja sebagai Production Control Engineer minimal 3 tahun.
- Menguasai gambar teknik, autocad, program cam & solidwork
- Menguasai gambar teknik dalam 2D dan/atau 3D
- Menguasai program komputer (program khusus seperti ERP) dan bahasa inggris (minimal pasif).
- Komunikatif, jujur, bertanggung jawab, memiliki loyalitas dan integritas tinggi.
- Bersedia lembur diluar jam kerja.
- Diutamakan berdomisili di Jawa Timur atau memiliki keluarga inti/dekat di Jawa Timur.
