Production Control Engineer

Work scope

This role involves planning and controlling production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimum machine utilization. You will analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The position requires coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth production flow, and support for continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimum machine utilization
• Analyze production issues related with planning, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance
• Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Plan and control machining operations for Machine Centers, CNC Lathes, and CNC Grinding machines
• Monitor production performance, machine efficiency, and utilization rates, and provide improvement recommendations
• Generate production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Age 25-35 years, Male only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, production engineering, or a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, and Grinding Machines
• Understanding of OEE, problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and fundamental engineering concepts
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai, including the ability to communicate professionally via email
