Production Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate production data (job orders, specs, inventory levels) to schedule and allocate resources
• Oversee inventory movement from purchase order through shipping
• Manage cycle and physical counts to ensure accurate on-hand inventory
• Coordinate daily scheduling, workflow optimization, and issue resolution
• Develop work schedules, assign duties, and enforce operational standards
• Standardize procedures to boost efficiency and consistency
• Interface regularly with production, supply chain, and engineering teams resolving schedule or workflow issues
• Prepare reports, assist in complaint investigations, and ensure compliance across the board

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred
• Experience: 5+ years in a production control or operations role (contract manufacturing strongly preferred)
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Technical: Proficiency in ERP/MRP, database, inventory, and order processing systems (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Bonus: Epicor Experience
• Bonus: Prior military leadership experience or exposure to ISO/medical quality environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
