Job Summary

The Production Control Officer is responsible for monitoring and controlling production schedules, ensuring material availability, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining efficient production operations to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track raw material and finished goods inventory to support production requirements.
• Monitor production progress and address scheduling issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, inventory reports, and planning documents.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and customer deliveries.
• Analyze production data and recommend process improvements.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, PPIC, Inventory Control, or a related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
