Production Control Specialist

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Automotive industry experience or manufacturing planning knowledge is preferred.

Job Description

• Prepare and monitor production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Manage production schedules and production orders.
• Follow up MRP processes and ensure material readiness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, and support process improvements.
• Report planning performance to management.
