Production Control Staff

1. Customer Order Management

• Order registration from customers
• Response to delivery date adjustments request and inquiries from customers
• Provide product shipping instructions and manage progress with customer delivery

2. Purchasing Management

• Prepares requisition and Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers and maintains an adequate stock of direct/indirect materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands

3. Production Planning

• Preparation of production planning considering customer demand, production line load, and material reserve status.
• Monitors executions of job orders and adjusts the production schedule for timely deliver to customers
• Ensuring that the production results are entered correctly for each lot.

4. Others

• Supports and complies with the applicable requirement of ISO, EMS, IATF, 6S, and Health & safety
• Issue forms and labels for Job orders
• Receipt, distribution, and dispatch of various documents
• Setting and maintain of various masters for the system
• Ensures adherence to company policies, code of conduct, discipline, and other applicable rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
• Preferably has 1-2 years of experience in production Contro/Planning
• Computer literate/has knowledge of using Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power point.
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
