Job Descriptions:

• Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate manpower and machinery to ensure readiness for daily production processes.
• Process Control: Direct and monitor production output to achieve targets (OEE) and resolve immediate issues within the production line.
• Team Leadership: Evaluate performance, provide coaching, conduct training, and motivate operational staff while ensuring discipline and safety compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive 5S activities and streamline work processes to continuously enhance production efficiency.

• Production Planning: Plan, control, and track production status from initial forecasts/orders through to delivery for both domestic and international customers.
• Inventory Control: Manage and balance inventory levels in accordance with company targets.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments (QA, Engineering, Logistics) to resolve bottlenecks and ensure project completion as planned.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare operational performance reports (Monthly/Quarterly) and maintain quality system documentation (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Science (Statistics/Math), Social Sciences, or related Engineering fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Production Management or Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Language: Good command of English (ability to communicate and prepare reports).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong numerical, data analysis, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AppSheet, Web Applications, or Digital Transformation (DX) tools is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
