Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Production Controller for our newly established plant to manage production planning, material coordination, and delivery schedules while driving production targets, on-time delivery, efficiency, OEE, and yield improvements. The role will work closely with production teams and customers to optimize manufacturing operations and support business growth.

What will you be doing?

• Lead a team of production operators to achieve monthly production targets.
• Execute daily production activities according to the production plan, based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Optimize the use of available resources to maximize production output. Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time production, product availability, order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
• Resolve delivery-related issues with customers.
• Develop and implement training and development plans for production operators.
• Motivate the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Supervise and ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
• Plan and monitor production efficiency to achieve KPIs. Ensure all production equipment is operating properly and efficiently.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards to keep the production area clean and organized. Ensure all production staff consistently comply with EHS standards.
• Monitor team performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Lead task forces to address and resolve production and quality issues.
• Ensure the timely submission of weekly and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with production planners to ensure all outstanding delivery orders are closed by month-end.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of planning and supervisory experience, including at least 5 years of experience managing production operations or production sites.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

What Competencies Will You Need?

• Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.
• Relevant production planning experience is preferred.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to independently coordinate and manage activities required for production workshop operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze production abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Capable of handling on-site production issues independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Able to commute to WHA Mega Logistics Center, Theparak Km. 21, on a daily basis.
