  • Utilize SAP and ERP/MRP systems to execute production and material transactions.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting, dashboards, and production analytics.
  • Resolve production, inventory planning, and forecasting issues independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience managing work orders in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong SAP experience preferred; experience with other ERP/MRP systems will also be considered.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with inventory analysis, cycle counts, material reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in rail, automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, machinery, electronics manufacturing, or other large-scale assembly environments.
