Production Controller, Engineer / Snr Engineer

We are seeking a Mass Production Controller, Engineer/Senior Engineer to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Formulate reasonable production plans based on market sales forecasts to meet customer demand with the most economical inventory.
• Optimize production plans, regularly analyze plan execution, and improve the execution rate to ensure delivery performance.
• Improve production efficiency (OEE).
• Manage operational production materials and procurement plans.
• Handle logistics for wafers, production-related materials, parts, and finished goods.
• Create production material plans to ensure timely completion of production tasks and reasonable material inventory levels.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering.

·       Minimum 2 years of planning management experience (experience in 6/8-inch FAB is preferred).

·       Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders

·       Proficient in Windows OS and Office software.

·       Knowledge of SQL, Python.
