Production Controller - Jewellery

About the role

Color Kingdom is looking for a detail-oriented PPC (Production Planning & Control) Controller to manage the flow of customer orders through our jewelry production process. This role sits at the center of production operations — scheduling orders, prioritizing work based on customer needs, coordinating changes, verifying accuracy before shipment, and tracking repair requests.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule incoming customer orders into the production workflow based on capacity, deadlines, and order complexity
• Prioritize production based on customer requests, urgency, and delivery commitments
• Adjust the production schedule as new orders or changes come in, balancing workload across production stages
• Process and implement customer-requested changes to existing orders (design, quantity, materials, specifications, deadlines)
• Communicate order changes clearly to the relevant production teams to avoid errors or delays
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of each order's current status and any modifications made
• Verify all order details (specifications, quantities, customization notes, customer information) before forwarding to the shipping department
• Catch and resolve discrepancies between the original order and the finished product prior to dispatch
• Log and track all customer repair requests from intake through completion
• Maintain production tracking reports (order status, throughput, delays, repair logs)

About you

• Basic understanding of jewelry manufacturing
• Comfortable working with production reports and order documentation
