Job Vacancy: Production Coordinator - Associated Press Location: London, UK Closing Date: 13th November 2026 Why This Role Matters The Associated Press is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Coordinator to join the AP Content Services team, the commercial arm of the Associated Press, reporting to the Head of Production. The coordinator plays a key role in day-to-day administration and management operations for content services, photo and video assignment sales.

What you will do: You will work with internal and external contacts across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, accounts receivable and legal. Your duties include the collection of assignment details from sales managers and clients, creation and updating of assignment briefs, call sheets, assisting with crew selection, communicating shoot requirements to production teams, communicating directly with clients to understand their requirements and also budgets and pricing, delivering the generated content to clients and reconciling billing and cost reports.
