Production Coordinator (Broadcast)

***4 days/week ONSITE in Hudson County NJ (easily commutable from NYC)***

Production Coordinator (Graphics Coordinator) | 6-Month Contract

We're seeking a Graphics/Production Coordinator to support live broadcast productions in a fast-paced media environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in broadcast graphics , Adobe Creative Cloud , and managing creative assets across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate graphic asset creation, updates, and delivery for live broadcasts and studio productions
• Manage incoming creative requests and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners
• Create and edit digital assets including Photoshop, After Effects , MP4, and broadcast graphic files
• Execute logo swaps, headshot updates, and brand-related creative changes while maintaining brand standards
• Support production workflows and ensure timely deployment of assets to game and studio production teams
• Maintain digital asset libraries and assist with content organization
• Serve as a liaison between Production, Creative Services, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors

Qualifications:

• Experience in broadcast production, graphics coordination, creative operations, or production support
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and After Effects
• Familiarity with broadcast graphics systems such as Vizrt, Ross Xpression, or Chyron
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within sports, live events, or broadcast media is highly preferred

Additional Details:

• 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Full-time hours

The hourly range for this position is W2 $30-35/hr DOE . Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
