Production Coordinator

What you'll be doing

1. Scheduling: Maintain production timelines to ensure all orders due dates are met on time.
2. Communication: Act as the primary liaison between production team and the management team.
3. Resource Management: Track materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prevent delays.
4. Problem Solving: Identify potential production hurdles and implement quick, effective solutions.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate raw materials and outgoing goods inventory log.

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in communicating and understands English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Chinese will be prioritized.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
6. Proficient in using office softwares such as SQL will be a plus point.
