About the Role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position.

Working closely with our Production Planner and Repairs Scheduler, you will provide coordination and administrative support across production, repairs and general workshop activities.

This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, detail-focused and enjoys keeping things moving and making sure the right information is available at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with vehicle arrivals by taking photographs and recording VINs, registration details and ID plate information.
  • Take photographs of trailers and identify areas requiring repair or attention when required.
  • Create Sales Orders and Jobs and ensure job notes, documentation and relevant information are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare job folders and binders for upcoming builds, including organising the information provided, assembling the folders and ensuring they are delivered to the production floor before the next build commences.
  • Assist with scanning, filing and maintaining production and repair records.
  • Keep production and repair documentation organised, accurate and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative and practical support to the Production Planner and Repairs Scheduler as required.
  • Assist with other production administration tasks as required to help ensure the workshop operates smoothly.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and reliable.
  • Detail-focused and takes pride in accurate work.
  • Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Able to spend time on the production floor, with regular walking, standing and movement throughout the day.
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
  • Proactive, practical and willing to assist wherever needed.
  • Previous administration, production or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right person.

What We Offer

  • Full-time employment with a stable and growing Australian-owned business.
  • A varied role where no two days are the same.
  • A supportive and friendly team environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to a busy manufacturing and production environment.
  • Opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the business as your skills and experience increase.

If you are organised, practical and detail-focused, and are looking for an opportunity to become an important part of a growing production team, we would love to hear from you**.**
