Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of media production projects, ensuring smooth workflows from pre-production through post-production. The role coordinates logistics, resources, and communication among creative teams, technical staff, and management to meet production schedules, quality standards, and broadcast requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Assist in developing production schedules, timelines, and task assignments for projects, shoots, and broadcasts.
  • Coordinate pre-production preparations, including script approvals, location scouting, talent bookings, and equipment reservations.
  • Track progress against production timelines and provide updates to supervisors and creative teams.

• Resource & Logistics Coordination

  • Organize and manage production resources, including studio space, equipment, props, and materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and service providers for logistical needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of assets required for shoots, live broadcasts, and post-production.
