Production Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support our roofing company’s project operations. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day production tasks, manage paperwork, and coordinate communication between project managers, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with all production-related tasks necessary for roofing projects.
• File and organize project paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate and easily accessible.
• Calculate commissions and other financial figures related to roofing projects.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly to facilitate timely payments.
• Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, and clients to support project workflows.
• Support the overall administrative needs of the production team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant data.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or administrative role within the construction or roofing industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software for documentation and calculations.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• Reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
