Production Coordinator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with and provide support to the Production Team.
• Monitor and track design revisions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Handle product costing and pricing activities.
• Assist in production planning, laser machine programming and nesting, and other production-related processes.
• Monitor production target dates and overall progress.
• Prepare the Quarterly Production Output for the Pollution Control Officer's Self-Monitoring Report submitted to the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB).
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, or a related role.
• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of laser cutting, programming, and nesting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to monitor multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
