Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Coordinator to support the production of our company podcast. We're looking for someone with a background in journalism, media, or communications who brings proven experience coordinating projects, outreach, and events, and who is eager to help share insights on drone technology and its real-world applications with a growing audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support outreach, scheduling, and confirmation of podcast guests, including industry experts, thought leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in researching potential guests and maintaining an organized guest pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Help coordinate episode logistics, including calendars, recording schedules, and pre-interview briefing materials.
• Support basic scripting and episode planning in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Assist with light audio editing, file organization, and publishing tasks across podcast platforms.
• Track episode performance metrics and help compile summary reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure podcast content aligns with company objectives and brand voice.
• Provide general administrative support to the podcast production process, including note-taking and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in journalism, media, communications, or a related field, with a track record of coordinating projects, outreach, or events; podcast production experience is not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining professional relationships with guests and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with podcast platforms and basic audio production tools (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand, Descript) is an asset.
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation; familiarity with drones or the AI/tech sector is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
