Production Coordinator

• Job Description: Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
Track purchase orders from start to finish, coordinate with suppliers, follow up on material delivery, handle quality issues, and manage documents to ensure timely supply and smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and verify order details and requirements.
• Track order progress regularly and conduct inspections based on material type.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues during order execution.
• Follow up on warehouse receiving after goods arrive to ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Handle settlement and reconciliation with suppliers after order completion, and evaluate order execution to improve procurement processes.
• Organize new purchase orders for major materials by supplier and send major material requirements to the material communication group based on production progress. Escalate urgent orders to superiors for assistance.
• Follow up on unscheduled materials with timely feedback, and track timely delivery of major materials based on production progress.
• Report material abnormalities to suppliers after acceptance, track causes and improvements, handle defective returns and timely replenishment, and handle production abnormalities caused by defective materials. Escalate major issues to procurement development.
• Track financial accounting of abnormal amounts based on supplier quality notification letter countersignature, and report supplier delivery or major quality issues to superiors for assistance.

Requirements:

• Experience in production flow follow-up or supply chain coordination.
• Preferable Mandarin Speaking candidate.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent orders.
• Familiar with office software and ERP systems.

• On-time delivery rate of major materials.
• Timely resolution of quality issues.
• Accuracy of documentation and order records.
• Effectiveness of supplier communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
