Production Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused person to manage and coordinate paintball sessions, ensure smooth game operations, and provide participants with a safe and enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling groups, comfortable working in an outdoor environment, and capable of managing multiple activities while maintaining safety and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct paintball games and sessions for individuals and groups.
• Welcome participants, explain game rules, safety guidelines, and gameplay procedures.
• Organize players into teams and coordinate game schedules.
• Brief participants on the proper use and handling of paintball equipment.
• Monitor games to ensure rules, safety procedures, and fair play are followed.
• Maintain constant supervision of the playing area during sessions.
• Handle and coordinate the distribution, collection, and basic inspection of equipment.
• Ensure the paintball arena and equipment are maintained in a clean and game-ready condition.
• Assist customers with queries and provide a friendly and engaging experience.
• Manage multiple groups and bookings efficiently, especially during peak hours and events.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings, schedules, equipment, and customer requirements.
• Handle minor customer concerns professionally and escalate serious issues when required.
• Maintain basic records of games, equipment usage, incidents, and customer feedback.
• Support corporate events, birthday parties, team-building activities, and other group events.
• Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sports, adventure activities, events, recreation, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience handling children, youth groups, corporate groups, or outdoor activities are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
