Pay: $20–$24/hour based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Austin, TX

What you'll do

You'll own the handoff from sales to production: making sure every sold job gets scheduled cleanly, every customer knows what to expect, and every crew shows up to a job that's ready to go. No two days look the same, and you'll be the person keeping it all moving.

Day to day, you will:

• Review sold contracts for accuracy and flag anything unclear before a job is scheduled.
• Schedule foundation repair projects around crew availability, materials, and customer timelines.
• Coordinate with production crews and subcontractors to confirm assignments and resolve conflicts.
• Call customers to confirm dates and keep them informed through every stage of their repair.
• Update schedules as conditions change (weather, permits, customer requests).
• Deliver friendly, professional service at every touchpoint.

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• A clear, pleasant phone voice and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with Excel and Google Sheets, plus a willingness to learn new software.
• The ability to stay calm and organized when priorities shift.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction-based CRMs such as ServiceTitan.
• Background in construction, home services, or a similar fast-paced scheduling environment.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
