  • Cross-Functional Planning & Coordination: Collaborate directly with Production Planners, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Facility Upkeep & 5S Organization: Maintain high standards of plant cleanliness, safety, and physical organization across all production, storage, and common areas.
  • Lean & Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) projects to minimize operational waste, improve production yield, and optimize plant floor layout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Proven experience managing KPIs and leading Lean/5S initiatives.
