PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution

• Schedule Operations: Implement and monitor daily/weekly production schedules to fulfill order demands.
• Workflow Control: Oversee line operations, manage shift handovers, and ensure smooth continuity between shifts.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate equipment readiness and raw material availability with the supply chain team.

Quality & Food Safety Compliance

• Enforce Standards: Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and local health regulations.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to conduct routine checks and resolve product consistency issues.
• Sanitation Supervision: Ensure facility cleanliness, proper hygiene protocols, and sanitary environment standards are upheld across work areas.

Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise Staff: Lead production line workers and operators, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Training: Train new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety measures, and efficient processing techniques.
• Communication: Facilitate clear shift briefings, report operational bottlenecks, and communicate shift-end updates to supervisors.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Data Tracking: Record production metrics, output volume, downtime causes, and labor efficiency into production software or logs.
• Problem Solving: Address operational glitches, equipment breakdowns, or material shortages swiftly to minimize production delays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
