Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Production Coordinator with strong attention to detail to lead and oversee daily operations on the production floor—from the moment ingredients and packaging arrive to the final product being shipped. Your mission: maintain top-tier food quality standards while driving efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 12–40 production staff, including scheduling, task delegation, hiring, and performance management
• Ensure all components and packaging materials are verified before production begins
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment or workflows as needed
• Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety
• Control food waste and manage labor budgets
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation and data entry
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to escalate issues and implement improvements
• Support training initiatives for quality control and safety

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience(food industry experience a plus)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and production software
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
