Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and extensive experience in the production and application of lacquers, oils, waxes, and other products specific to wood flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee the application processes of lacquers, oils, waxes, and other wood flooring products, ensuring consistent quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
• Coordinate with other departments, including supply chain and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, material usage, and downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role in the wood flooring industry.
• Expertise in lacquers, oils, waxes, and other wood flooring products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery related to wood flooring.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
