Production Coordinator

About the role

FRONTKEN Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our engineering operations team in Calamba City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities. As Production Coordinator, you will be the vital link between various departments, overseeing the coordination of production schedules, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and meeting our production targets whilst upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
• Liaise between production, planning, and quality assurance teams to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
• Track and document production metrics, including output, efficiency rates, and equipment performance
• Identify and report production bottlenecks or delays to management and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Assist in inventory management and coordinate material supply to production lines
• Support the implementation of process improvements and continuous efficiency initiatives
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure clear understanding of production priorities and objectives
• Participate in safety compliance activities and promote a culture of workplace safety
• Assist with training and onboarding of new production staff as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to support production operations
• A high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in engineering, logistics, or a related field is preferred
