Production Data Analysis Executive

About the role

The Production Data Analysis Executive role involves collecting, consolidating, and organizing production data from various sources, including manufacturing systems, operational records, and internal databases. You will clean and validate raw data, analyze production and operational data to identify trends and patterns, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate across departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and organize production data from various sources, including manufacturing systems, operational records, and internal databases
• Clean and validate raw data by identifying missing values, inconsistencies, duplication, and errors to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Analyze production and operational data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and potential operational risks
• Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to evaluate production performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality indicators
• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand format for management and relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, and other relevant departments to understand business requirements and analytical needs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, processing, and analysis
• Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining data accuracy and quality
