Production Data Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production planning coordinator to join our team. Someone with advance excel skills is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with production departments for smooth operations.
• Reporting of daily activities. (Batch reports)
• Stock audits
• Production audits. (Material usage, packaging material usage reports et cetera, weekly and monthly production reports)
• Production planning (daily, weekly, monthly basis)
• Ensuring availability of raw and packaging materials as per production schedule
• Ensuring all SOP are followed as per department requirement
• Analytical Reporting of activities.

Qualifications:

• A B.com degree is preferred and an MS course certificate is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Data and Production planning coordinator or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Excel course is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with database management systems.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Experience from manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
