GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: Product Development Engineer / R&D Engineer.
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Key Products: High-Speed Board-to-Board, High-Speed Cable, RF, Rugged/Power, and Flexible Stacking Connectors (need candidate match with this production)
• Relocation & Settlement Support Package: Available for candidates relocating to the South for this position.
• Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Park, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province (Shuttle bus service provided from Ho Chi Minh City)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research, design, and develop electronic connector solutions (Board-to-board, Cable, Power, High-speed, Panel mount).
• Lead product improvement projects: capacity expansion, cost optimization (cost-down), technical risk mitigation, meeting market demands, and enhancing product quality.
• Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Plating, Product Management, Suppliers) to finalize solutions.
• Directly participate in resolving technical issues arising during New Product Introduction (NPI) or quality incidents.
• Adhere to corporate technical standards regarding document management, 3D modeling (part modeling), and simulation (part simulation).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related engineering fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the design, development, or manufacturing of complex mechanical assemblies.
• Products & Technology: Preference for candidates with experience designing electronic connectors. Knowledge of engineering plastic injection molding or progressive die stamping is a significant advantage.
• Software: Proficiency in 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in physics and mechanical principles; proficient in data-driven root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Minitab or JMP is a plus.
• Skills: Proactive work attitude, strong communication skills, and effective time and task management.
