Production Encoder

Job Purpose:

To ensure the accurate and timely recording and reporting of production data.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possesses basic mathematical and time management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.

• Organize, verify, and prepare production data for accurate system entry.
• Encode production data accurately and on time, ensuring that records are complete and up to date.
• Identify and promptly report errors, discrepancies, and system-related issues.
• Prepare and process production reports accurately and within required deadlines.
