Production Engineer (CB)

Scope of The Role:
Initiate the ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes primarily. Develops ways to increase productivity. Improve production processes in many kinds of settings to maximize labor efficiency and minimize the use of material resources, while meeting Engineering Spec.

Responsibilities:

• To improve the production process and reduce scrap material.
• To improve process control to minimize rework.
• To improve productivity through defect and rework reduction.
• Coordinate with the concerned department.
• Setup Quality Control (QC) system in the Production line.
• Manage and control ISO 9001 and FSC documents and systems.
• Follow up on internal CPAR, External CPAR, Customer complaints, in process, and DPR.
• Provide shop floor follows ISO 9001 and FSC requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager or company policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Manufacturing field.
• Experience in ISO 9001. and FSC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, work smart, work hard, and leadership skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good team player and works well with all levels of employees.

Working Hours: 45 hours/week

(MON-FRI 08.00 AM - 06.00 PM)
