Production Engineer (Chonburi)

Key Responsibilities

• Creates a program to support the production report.
• Collects schedule build requirements and expects output to achieve the schedule plan.
• Evaluates and indicates how to achieve the performance.
• Calculates headcount and overtime requirement.
• Cooperates with the Production Manager and Industrial Engineer to improve efficiency and balance headcount to achieve optimal output.
• Set the target by cooperating with the engineer and the production supervisor to follow up
• Defines the problem and establishes the corrective and preventive action, follows up, and reports.
• Knows your customer's expectations and drives action to meet them.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 0 - 5 Years of experience as a Production Engineer.
• Required Skill: Good command of English, Presentation skills.
