Production Engineer (Civil)

About the Role
Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team in Senai, Johor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the precast production line, ensuring smooth workflow from material intake to finished product delivery. This role is critical to maintaining quality standards, production efficiency, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise & oversee daily operations at the rebar cutting, bending, and mesh bending stations.

• Ensure production output meets daily and weekly targets.

• Ensure all products meet dimensional and structural specifications.

• Plan and execute rebar cutting and bending activities efficiently to minimize material wastage through accurate measurements and optimal utilization of offcuts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in precast manufacturing or construction.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing all production-related drawings, including shop drawings and technical specifications, particularly in the application of precast and prefabricated building systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to precast production and site coordination.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams, contractors, and consultants
