What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Production planning & Operation Management
- VMC Machining operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor OEE, Cycle time, quality performance
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, 5S.
- Coordinate with production, quality, Maintenance and planning teams
Preferred candidate profile
- B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or production engineering
- 3-5 Years of experience in CNC/VMC Machining processes
- Hands on experience with OEE monitoring, cycle time improvement and productivity enhancement
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Quality Tool
