Production Engineer

Join IJM Group's Industry Division as a Production Engineer where you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop client relationships, solve complex problems, and drive business growth for one of Malaysia's most respected companies. This position is for ICP Piles is one of the largest manufacturers of high-performance pretensioned spun concrete piles in Southeast Asia , trusted for strength, precision, and innovation.

Your Impact:

• Conduct and chair weekly production meeting.
• Verify and analyze performance report, quality objective report and variance report.
• Monitor production tonnage periodically. ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly )
• Plan material usage and assess material variance based on production program.
• Study issues in production and provide solution.

Must Have:

• Preferably 1 years experiences & above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to learn & able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based at Nilai

Good to Have:

• Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
• Understanding of project management principles
• Knowledge of industry procurement processes
• Existing network of industry contacts
